(“Cinedigm,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Cinedigm’s services, including the Cineverse and other Cinedigm websites or our mobile, over-the-top (OTT), smart television, or desktop applications, or view content that we stream over the internet (the “Services”).

Promotional Offers from Us. If you do not wish to have your personal information used to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an e-mail stating your request to support@cineverse.com. If we have sent you a promotional e-mail, you may send us a return e-mail asking to be omitted from future e-mail distributions.
Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by sending us an e-mail stating your request to support@cineverse.com. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may deny a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Please be aware that if you delete your User Contributions from the Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and will respond to your request within 45 calendar days unless we need additional time, in which case we will let you know.

Opt-Out Request: You have the right to opt out of our sale of your personal information to third parties. Please note that you may still see advertising from us on websites you visit, but it will not be placed using any data that you have asked us not to share by opting out below. If you wish to receive information about your disclosure choices or stop communications from third parties, you will need to contact non-affiliated third parties directly. Agent Request. You may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf, and that they are registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California, or must demonstrate they have power of attorney pursuant to applicable probate law. We retain the right to request confirmation directly from the consumer confirming that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent’s identity.
